is theAyurvedic Head Massage! Often performed with lukewarm oil, this massage allows you to let go and relax in the deepest sense. This relaxation is enhanced by the specific oils used during the massage. Pure delight! Shirodhara Massage is a 2-part massage. It begins with a full facial massage (jaws, cheeks, eye contour, forehead, temples…) using both encompassing movements and light, simple or circular pressure. This is followed by a treatment in which a continuous, slow stream of warm sesame and/or herbal oil or medicated milk is poured onto the client’s forehead (3rd Eye, Opening the client’s Consciousness).
