Hot Stone Massage is a union between the energetic force of the stones, their warmth and softness, and the masseur. This union creates a magnificent dance, thanks to the movements, glides and poses of the hot pebbles. Hot Stone Massage is a technique of Hawaiian origin. However, it can be found in all the cultural traditions of North America (Arizona…), South America and Asia. It is distinguished by its particular style of using hot stones to massage. Hot stone massage is known by many names, including Hot Rock Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pohaku Massage and La Stone Therapy Massage. Hot stone massage is a journey from which you return soothed and energetically recharged. The ferruginous composition of basalt stones significantly improves blood circulation and relaxes muscles !

This course is designed for everyone. It provides a step-by-step introduction to massage.

The Theory Course is available in Video and PDF versions, which you can download and print out if required.

The Practical Course is in Video version. It is commented movement by movement by France.
