Abhyanga Massage is a full-body massage. It balances the doshas and energies.

Shirodhara Massage is the Jewel of Ayurveda. It is a facial massage with a stream of warm sesame oil running over the 3rd eye for 21 minutes. A pure delight.

You can do all 3 massages independently of each other. Or combine them for a complete treatment.
